Managing users

The 'Team' tab allows you to see which members of your team currently have access to the Wonde Partner Portal and invite new users (Please note: only admins can invite new users). Please take a look at the steps below: 

 

Navigate to the 'Team' tab. 

 

 

Once you have navigated to the 'Team' section, you will be able to see any users associated with your account, along with which role they have been assigned. 

To view any pending invites, select 'View invites'.

 

Invite a new teammate

To invite a new teammate, select the 'Invite teammate' button in the team section.

 

 

Fill in the relevant details and ensure you select the role as appropriate. 

  • Users can view and create orders
  • Admins can view and create orders, amend billing details, invite users and cancel orders

 

When you have populated the relevant details and select 'Invite teammate', the new user will receive an invite via email to create their account.

 

Once they Accept invitation, they will gain access to the Wonde Partner Portal.
