Please ensure that your billing information is up-to-date in the 'Billing' section within the Partner portal. Follow the steps below to set up or update your billing details. (Please note: only admin users can update billing information.)
To update your billing details, navigate to the' Billing' section, which you can find in the drop-down under your name, as shown below.
Once you have navigated to the 'Billings' section, please update your details (address, phone number and the relevant information) and select 'Save'.
