Creating an order

Please see our step-by-step guide on how to create an order.

Navigate to the Orders page and select the ‘Create order’ button. 

 

You will then be asked to search for the school, it is important to make sure you request the correct school. 

 

 

You will then be prompted to choose the relevant product/products. You will be asked to provide the contact details of your main contact at the school. We recommend providing someone with administrative access to the school’s MIS to help streamline the connection process.

 

 

Once you have entered the details and selected 'Next', you will be presented with a confirmation screen. If the school isn’t already installed, this will be highlighted. 

 

 

Once you select, 'Submit' the school will display on your school list as a pending connection on the order page. 

If the school is already connected with Wonde, their wonde admin(s) will be notified that there is a pending connection and prompted to review it via the Wonde school portal.

 

 

If the school does not have an existing account, our team will contact the contact details you previously provided to complete the necessary setup. This includes creating their school portal account and finalising the installation, which may require scheduling an appointment with our team.

How do I help assist the connection process?

During your conversations with the schools, we recommend letting them know that the products require integration with their MIS. Providing a contact who has administrative access to the school’s MIS also helps streamline the process, particularly for schools that aren’t installed with Wonde. 

How can I see who the existing admins are at the school?

Select the '...' option next to the school to view a partially redacted email, which can assist you in facilitating the approval and setup process.
