Enabling two-factor authentication

 

Activate two-factor authentication in the ‘Account’ section of the Partner portal to help protect your account from unauthorised access.

 

When enabling two-factor authentication, you will be prompted to scan a QR code using an authenticator, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. You can download an authenticator app on your phone or use a browser extension.

 

After scanning the QR code, the authenticator app will generate a time-based code, which you will need to enter before clicking, 'Enable two-factor'. Once enabled, you will need to use the authenticator app to generate a new code each time you log in to the portal
